*In the IPTV, there is no guarantee of service or refund. Taking a long-term package involves risks that customers assume 100%. We are not responsible for the discontinuation of the IPTV service we resell.

1. No diffusion responsibility.

a) IpGuys IPTV Qc does not broadcast any content.
b) IpGuys IPTV Qc only resells existing online content owned by IpGuys IPTV Company.
c) IpGuys IPTV Qc is in no way responsible for the content broadcast by IpGuys IPTV Compagny.

2. No liability for loss of signal or broadcast.

a) IpGuys IPTV Qc is not responsible for the temporary or permanent signal loss of IpGuys IPTV service.
b) IpGuys IPTV Qc does not reimburse any credits or monthly payments in the event of temporary or permanent signal loss of IpGuys IPTV service.

3. WARRANTY

a) Our Android TV Box is guaranteed 3 months against any manufacturing defect or factory programming.
b) Diablo Pro IPTV Qc does not guarantee physical breakage caused by the customer. ANY physical break automatically leads to the cancellation of the guarantee.
c) IpGuys IPTV Qc does not guarantee the Android TV Box if the customer to handle the programming in "root" or to make changes to the factory programming.
d) The customer is responsible for the return of the device to IpGuys IPTV Qc and its expenses. Diablo Pro IPTV Qc will send a new Android Tv Box to the customer at no extra cost.
